Base salary was okay and the benefits were solid.

Svantaggi

No direction from management about anything regarding sales. Vague explanation about your quota. No path to reaching it. Changed comp plan every year, so if you had a good year the chance of you getting paid for what you accomplished was slim. If you don't hit the inflated quota, they are quick to terminate.

Vantaggi

The product(UKG Ready) is a very robust and powerful HRIS platform. TLM is the sweet spot of the Ready system(Kronos based) - able to handle all complex timekeeping needs, but it is also a one stop shop for everything HCM. Easy to use custom reporting on a single system, including a real time payroll module. The system even includes expense management and FMLA/Leave management which is not included in nearly all other HCM provider's systems.

Svantaggi

Paypro, being a reseller of the UKG Ready platform is challenging. There are many HCM solutions out there, and trying to get companies to look at what Paypro has to offer - even though it is the UKG Ready platform, can be a little frustrating. But, if you can get that first meeting with a prospect it generally ends well for all.
