Terrible Management - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Payroll Service Solutions

The two managers in charge hate the employees. They can be heard complaining about all employees all the time. There is no continuous training and even the new people are just put with a co-worker for minimal training and then expected to get on the phones within a day or two. The pay is well below market value, they are able to hire at this rate because they only look for people with no work experience or people who are desperate for a job so they will take anything. The management spend their days watching everyone on cameras and ignoring the staff. They have no trust in their employees and create a very tense and stressful working environment. The good employees do not stay. The turn over is just as high as a restaurant. They spread Covid through the office for Christmas and then the employees that did not come to work with Covid were treated poorly when they returned.
