the company has gone through a lot with 2025 feeling particularly hard... a lot of culture changes, org changes and team changes. there is definitely some fatigue but getting better.

There are talented, thoughtful teams across the company, and many people care deeply about customers and outcomes. You get exposure to meaningful work, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to step up if you are proactive. The company has been working through real transformation, and while that can be hard, it has also created clarity in some areas and pushed teams to operate with more discipline.

Like many companies nowadays, the pace of change can create ambiguity. Priorities can shift as they manage change, and not every team experiences change at the same speed or with the same level of communication. Depending on where you sit, that can feel energizing or exhausting. There are times when roles, ownership, and long-term career paths could be clearer. The company is improving, but there are still moments where execution strain shows up because teams are balancing transformation work with day-to-day delivery.
