Company was committed to excellence.

I can think of one con in this company. At the time we were at year's end and the reason I left the company was that a contract fell through which would have guaranteed my position where I would work from home in another state.

People are nice. Benefits are good. They bring in a lot of food to keep employees there during busy times. Co picnics.

Lots of people managing the same people. Not a lot of room for advancement. Pay is average. High turnover.
