There way too many cons to be listed in total but I am curating a list of few here 1. A frequent hire and fire culture ongoing due to people in leadership and management owning a stale set of knowledge , incompetent and incapacitated to adequately interview resources against the actual requirement 2. They claim to be an agile product development center , but the real picture of work is worst than service based organisations, super chaotic, mismanaged work pipeline 3. Bootlicking should be a part of their JD, as it is given high preference over capabilities , hardwork and candidate's potential 4. CEO's inability in decision making and knowledge on how his decisions could impact the workforce down the hierarchy , his growing issues with govt , causing vulnerability over people's jobs
