Worst company ever with terrible management and no benefits - Recensione dipendente - SDE 1 presso Paytm

This is by far one of the worst companies to work for. There are no employee benefits, not even basic infrastructure—desks and chairs are on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you’re late, you might end up sitting on a table. Management is extremely poor, driven by favoritism with zero ethics. You’re expected to work up to 18 hours a day, including weekends, and if you question it, you're told to leave. Overtime? Don’t expect to be paid. Senior employees contribute little while others are overworked. Even if you’re on leave, you’re expected to join meetings. Late-night calls (around 11 PM) for status updates are normal. Honestly, you're better off joining a company like TCS than dealing with this. Avoid this place at all costs.
