Everything. - Managers with no back bone and very inexperienced managers who are scared to say anything and are out of their depth. - Favouritism around the office too with managers scared to speak out or say anything and are up certain people’s arses in the office. Certain employers think they are managers when in reality are on the same level as everyone else. - Office is also full of bullies with very loud voices who think they are everything but in reality are nothing and don’t have any realistic goals in life and would rather sit and stay at Payzone and not progress further with their careers. - The leads are absolutely rubbish. Dialling numbers that aren’t even valid and companies that don’t even exist. The cold data is even worse with old records coming through where the customers have quite clearly blocked the number after Payzone have harassed them plenty of times and still forced to dial them and listen to hundreds of voice mails a day. - You get punished if you book an appointment for them and they sign up but they get declined by Barclaycard. They don’t pay you anything on that even though you have done your side of the bargain. Avoid at all costs. There are better jobs out there for you. By the way. I wasn’t sacked so this isn’t a revenge review. I left due to the points I have discussed and I simply couldn’t stand it any longer.
