We have had people start as interns and become Sr. Managers running a team and team members come right out of college and turn into JR Art Directors. Open communication is always welcomed and encouraged. You will always have a voice. 200% Socially engaged! PO was the first acne skinpositive, all inclusive skincare, gender nuteral brand to ever launch, and to launch at Sephora. We take pride in being LGBTQAI+ founded and encourage our team to be socially concious, menatl health aware and planet protective.

PO is still a small company and we are all hands on deck most of the time, so fast-paced for some people is not a good thing it is a con. If you are not proactive and need hand-holding then PO would be a con. If you dont like teamwork and want to work in a silo then PO would be a con. If you dont like open and honest team communication then PO would be a con.

The people are GREAT - hardworking and kind. It's a grind and you'll wear a lot of hats but you'll learn a lot.

If you report to the CMO you're in for a bad time. Not a lot of budget.
