Slowly (over the last 3-4 years) saw the decline in a community based hospital and moving towards a corporate take no prisoners approach to healthcare. Management in some depts was very cliquey and hired friends even if not qualified. CEO, VPs, higher ups changed frequently. The guard was constantly changing in all departments. I was proud to have worked for Southwest, but the past 2-3 years I no longer even told people where I worked. If they found out where, very few had good things to say.
