No work/life balance. You have a 7 minute window to clock in but if you’re one minute late, it’s a count against you. But you’re scolded with overtime. If you have an appointment or child sick during your scheduled shift, no matter how many hours you work, PTO is taken. Management doesn’t listen to their employees no matter what they say and they will tell you they do. No flexing on those slower days. Pay is mediocre. You can make more pretty much anywhere else. Policies before employees and patient safety. Employee beware.
