Failing system and management, can't trust management, too much call, don't expect to have a say on anything, your schedule will be changed constantly, schedule rarely accurate, tough to get time off, expect to miss breaks and lunches, very inappropriate sexual comments made by manager to staff, lack of honesty, morale problems, too much focus on the numbers and not the patients, bad decisions made by Vancouver that negatively affect patient care and employees, medical coverage is horrible, harassment, good old boys club mentality, some employees get away with not doing their job. Don't expect HR or CEO to help with sexual harassment or stalker problems.
