- Data Science consultancy using AI as a gimmick to market to customers. - I saw that the reviews on glassdoor were simply not showing an honest reflection of what this company is like, so I felt that it was important to share my honest thoughts on how this organization really is. - Very dishonest sales culture, no place for real growth unless you are part of the "boys". You are not treated as an experienced salesperson, instead, you are treated like you are new to selling, and some people were treated really poorly and this company should feel embarrassed for doing so. - Anyone who has a strong track record in sales, I strongly advise you not to join this company for your development. You will have taken a backward step in your career. The sales organization here is immature and lacks any strong integrity or leadership. - Just to give an example, I have never seen so many talented salespeople leave an organization in such quick succession. In addition, when these talented individuals leave, the response from the sales leadership was always negative on the individual and never taking any accountability themselves. Even now when still regularly happening within this team. - Finally, the most upsetting is, that the number of great people working for this organization who have developed mental health issues during my time there was appalling. In sales, you are required to achieve goals and targets but you have to also understand that the COMPANY is also responsible for the employee and treat them professionally and with care.
