As one of the first employee for the Mumbai clubhouse, I had the unique opportunity to be part of something bigger and start from scratch whilst building a robust culture around the new team. It's been over a year since I joined Peak and it's been the most gratifying work experience I have had in my professional career. What I love about working in Peak is the clarity provided for project tasks and career goals- receiving written communication on the deadlines, goals and expectations. This helps in benchmarking yourself and self introspecting, and thus helped me improve overall. The flexibility at work is second to none, and the People team actively prods you to take breaks. Mental and physical wellbeing is of top priority and this is encouraged across all team, in UK,USA and India. Peak has immensely helped me build my skill set and every team member has been very encouraging. My immediate management and top management have made sure to take time, so as to speak with me about my concerns and also swiftly address them. The management has an excellent quality of having confidence in the team's ability to work independently. Overall I have genuinely enjoyed my time in Peak so far.
