2yThank you for leaving a review. We’re glad you enjoyed working in our Manchester Clubhouse – it’s a really great space, designed for a range of working styles.
We’re sorry to hear there were other aspects of your time at Peak that you felt could have been better. One of our three core objectives is to enhance our culture and ensure our mission to build a company everyone loves being part of is at the centre of everything we do. Through feedback and subsequent activities across the team, we’ve seen a positive impact on culture, which has been tracked through our internal surveys.
We are proud of what we’ve achieved with regards to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion but we know there’s always more that can be done. This year, we have been awarded Inclusive Employers status, are introducing fasting and coming out at work policies, and currently have external trainers conducting three hour DEI training sessions for the whole Peak team. We continue to progress a range of DEI activity through our executive-sponsored working group, ‘Peak Equals’.
