Owner and some top journeymen regularly lose their temper and act belligerent towards usually the new guys causing dozens of people to quit, or get laid off if they stand up for themselves.
Poor communication on schedule, not much opportunity for overtime.
Management has a severe distrust in its workers constant monitoring of cameras, and won’t let you go to your car for break etc. quite unusual for such a small company.
Owner told me “my guys aren’t here to teach you, you will have to figure it out on your own” in my interview which I thought was sarcastic… for the most part, it wasn’t.
