Not sure about what everyone is saying about not receiving bonuses in earlier posts. Bonuses are everywhere, which is why I love working here. But there just not given out randomly, you have to earn them which is a value i was raised on. You receive flexible holiday shifts, Bonus pay differentials for working Night Shift, Weekends, Callout Pay if you're asked if you can work under 24 hrs notice, and the opportunity for Time+Half Overtime is always offered, so I like to pick up at least 1 extra shift a pay period which is nothing when you only work three 12hr shifts a week. By doing that I make way more than I would get with a few dollars raise.
