      Upper management are not knowledgable of manufacturing. They got rid of all former employees who has the knowledge of manufacturing. Current Human Resource women (MT) is a mole. She works with upper management to terminate employees she's not personally fond of. Morale is horrible due to the changes they've made for employees.
