Poor upper management. Their idea of raising moral is making things worse and taking away privileges. Supposed to get 15 min breaks but will be lucky if you get 10 by the time you get through security. Judged on production numbers which hardly reflect what you do or how hard you work. Promotions and moving to better areas no based on work performance more for them to fill their needs. A worker who maintained less quota than me and started after me was moved to a position where they can move up and earn more money while I am stuck where I'm at because I put up numbers and am more needed where I'm at Slowly taking away privileges such as listening to music, wont be long and you won't be able to chew gum. You are blocked from just about every resource to help you do your job. Such as internet, need to look up an error code, too bad. You can even test harddrives on every computer because the test only works on computers that have an ethernet port. The manufacturers website is the only resource you are allowed to access and it takes a long time to load. You cannot bring in any tools or diagnostic software either. They didn't even provide me with screws but expected me to replace missing screws. I spent my first several weeks looking at the floor trying to find screws until a coworker quit and gave me their collection. You are rushed to make quota, but they expect a low fail rate. You will be given faulty parts to repair computers with. I've received motherboards with no power button several times. It is not uncommon to have to replace the same part several times before you get one where everything works. If you replace a harddrive (or any part) and it fails and the customer has to return it months later it counts against you. Shame on you for not anticipating failures in advance even though there are virtually no diagnostic tools or the ones you can use don't indicate a failure. I could probably think of more cons, but I'm tired of typing. Just trust me when I say this company is bassakwards.
