Work ethic means nothing. Their clique determines everything. So many great people have been fired so far, I already lost count. “Culture” is weighed significantly over skill and performance. Non collaborative work environment. Employees are too worried to speak many of their ideas. Issues with HR, training and unclear guidelines around company policy.
