There are no pros worth mentioning.

Plenty of cons. And you guessed it — it starts at the top. It's a family-run business and they are hopeless. The first thing you'll notice when you walk into their office is how old everything is. And that there aren't any windows! It was a weird setup — the ground floor was full of rubbish and the second floor was where everyone sat. It felt like they were squatting in an abandoned building. Everyone seemed scared, like the place was run on fear, not praise. Horrible place. Do not work for Pen CS.

friendly co-workers, can't thinks of anything else - highly controlled environment - expect micro manged, not ask questions.

Although company has been around for years, not much changed. The management culture is concerning, The current office culture is shocking, there is lack of motivation among employees, lack of open communication from leadership. The environment can feel demoralizing due to micromanagement, favouritism. It's a shame, majority of employees scared of leadership, this has resulted in many staff members having left.
