Vantaggi
Benefits are competitive, discount on cable bill/newspaper. Most employees are friendly.
Svantaggi
Starting wages are terrible. They have no idea what salary ranges should be and balk at rates in 2015. It must be hard to judge what's fair when executives are grossly overpaid. Executives take little to no interest in the company or their employees. Some of them outright ignore some of the people who report to them. Suggestions and concerns fall on deaf ears 90% of the time. Communication is non-existent. Executives stick together in their clique, decide what to do, then inform everyone else. Some of these decisions have been so bad we've either backed out of them or felt the consequences for some time after - all of which could have been avoided if they spoke with their employees. Raises? It's all about how long you've been here, not what you do or how you do it. Reviews? Hardly thought out at all if you even get one. There's a huge lack of effort, caring, foresight, and trust from the top down. Services get launched and some people didn't even know it was in the pipeline, which also results in poor untested services.
