I currently work in Fire Safety Advisor at Peninsula, and it's been incredibly positive experience. From day one, I've felt supported and valued in my role. The company has a well structed approach, clear processes and provides all the tools and training needed to perform at a high standard. My manager, Ste is outstanding approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in both the team's success and individual development. He gives clear guidance, trusts you to take ownership of your own work and is always available when you need support. His management style creates a motivated confident and enjoyable working environment. The wider culture at Peninsula is collaborative and professional, with a real focus on continual improvement. There's plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and progress within the business. While I don't have any negative reflections on the company itself, I did experience some issues with the internal system used . The platform had several bugs which lasted months, and the customer support was particularly poor. An IT support ticket I raised took over a month to receive a response, which was frustrating and impacted efficiency.
