We regret to know that you have been left with a negative impression of Peninsula, though appreciate this opportunity to address your concerns. At Peninsula we understand that our success stems from you, so team wellbeing stands at the heart of what we do. One of the ways we drive this is by providing all members of our sales team a standing desk. Whilst we encourage it’s use; we strongly refute the claim that we make individuals stand until they get an appointment on the board. That is not how we operate and this practice would not align with our values. We would also like to be clear that we do not require or pressure employees to post positive reviews. Doing so would be against Glassdoor’s policies and, more importantly, against our own values.
