The owner and upper management personally knows almost everyone and they take time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable in the company which is rare now-a-days. it is nice to work for a company that feels like a family and is constantly evolving to be better.

With being a company that is such a specialized field and because so many people stay with the company for 10 plus years, sometimes room for advancement can be limited. When I first started the company was run with old fashioned outlooks but has been evolving to be more diverse and change with the quickly changing times. I think they will continue to get better.
