Also, ceramics is the area ranked top 1 in the US. The surrounding communities are mainly occupied by the students, faculty, and staffs, and the safety is pretty good.

The community is relatively small, and far away from the main big cities. Also, the winters are pretty long, so pack your winter clothing before coming here.
