Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. We are working hard to build a positive work environment here at PensionPro. We’re glad to hear that you were able to work with so many of the great people we have here and that you felt you were able to continue learning and developing skills for your career, as that is something we want all our employees to be able to accomplish and take advantage of. That’s great feedback for us. When it comes to other aspects of the company culture that you mentioned including, the team work, and turnover, we are actively working on improving these areas by breaking down some of the hierarchy, having more involved team leads in the day to day decision making and improving communication throughout the company from the top down. We have also introduced several new benefits and perks to our employees to enhance their experience both in and out of the office, as well as improve many of our HR initiatives including a more formal position and salary growth structure for employees looking to advance with the company. It is certainly a work in progress, but our goal is to provide a better work experience for employees at all levels of the organization.
