rigid schedule, micro managing/monitoring, no face time/interaction with decision makers might make promotions more difficult, learning curve is not insignificant. a little disingenuous as far as the responsibilities listed in job posting vs actual day to day expectations. global company — can make it hard to stand out. There are a lot of people who have been with the company for many years (10 - 20+) — this can be both a pro and a con depending on perspective. Hard to get old dogs to learn new tricks so the senior people can be a bit stuck in their ways and closed minded to fresh ideas or any change in general to how they have been doing it.
