Enjoyed working here - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Pentius

I have loved my time with this company and have been here for over 4 years. Things have not always been perfect but it’s been great to be a part of a company who really listens to it’s employees suggestions. Especially since the new CEO came on board. He’s been very transparent about wanting to continue and make improvements so that we can be the best company possible, and more importantly, he has included us in in the process. It feels great knowing that our ideas and perspectives have made a difference. The follow through from management has been incredible. I can’t say it’s changed over night but it has been cool to see all the hard work everyone has put in over the past 4 years all come to fruition in the past couple years.

I personally cannot think of any at the moment…and the sentiment is fairly consistent across the board from everyone I talk to as well. Everything we have been asking for to help make our jobs more productive or streamlined has been provided—and then some—over the past couple years. It would be obviously be awesome to get some sort of in-person company parties lined up…but that’s probably not realistic at this point. Plus we’ve had a couple of virtual parties that have felt just as connecting. More of those would be sweet!

I worked at Pentius for several years and always loved the flexibility I had with my hours wfh fulltime. Love getting paid weekly and the benefits are excellent including the 401k.

The pay needs to be better, especially with the COL as it is now. I couldn't give compensation & benefits a 5-star rating because the pay isn't up to par.
