Risposta di Pento
2yHey, we're really sorry that your time at Pento didn't work out and it ended in the way that it did. We should have addressed all of our concerns together a lot earlier and that's on us. Our marketing team has finally formed and a stellar new bunch of people have joined our early team – it's a shame that you didn't land now and get to experience this. But I am happy to read that your experience with your wider Pento colleagues was positive, I know they'd say the same.
You're certainly right that team restructuring caused insecurity across the team remaining and it's something we've needed to work through together. We can only explain a scenario like this as transparently as possible and hope that it doesn't land like a crappy false narrative.
All the best and please don't hesitate to reach out directly. I know getting closure on a job which doesn't work out is really tough and can have a lasting impact.
