The remote work environment offered flexibility, and there were opportunities to grow internally for those who were proactive.

Communication and follow-through from leadership could be inconsistent at times, particularly regarding role expectations, feedback, and career progression. Workloads could become overwhelming without clear prioritization, especially during implementations or high-volume periods. Additionally, compensation did not always align with the level of responsibility and workload expected, which may impact long-term retention for experienced employees.
