This is a great place in terms of incentives and autonomy, if you end up in the right team you will be surrounded by genuinely awesome people and will be left to do your role if you know how to.

Some managers here are prime examples of why good billers dont necessarily become good managers. Some teams, like mine had high turnover due to a selfish and toxic team lead, who should have never been given people management responsibilities. It ultimately cost the business multiple good consultants who couldnt put up with bad management any longer.

People Source was recommend to me by a friend – they were right, it’s great! From day one I was given both internal and external training followed by ongoing support throughout my time here. The office is a great environment, modern, spacious, with plenty of toys and generally amazing facilities. The team atmosphere is mature but fun, a million miles away from the horror stories you hear about in this industry! If you like to; wear a cheap blue suit, no socks & shiny shoes, talk loudly about getting bongo’d in Ibiza, ring a bell every time you do a deal etc etc – this ISN’T the place for you! You are trusted to manage your own time and success is based on overall performance, not KPIs. There is a great sense of team work and consultants are always sharing candidates, leads, and helpful information as well as collaborating on roles. The hours we work are way less than those endured by other recruiters and flexible start/finish times, early finishes (and super early finishes) allow for a good work life balance. This is particularly good for those with family or other commitments. The pay scales are very good and the commissions are the best I have ever known. Performance is well rewarded. Promotions are fair and frequent based on achieving fixed and realistic targets. There are also many other incentives, trips, holidays and prizes. All in all - a great place to work, well managed, good people, good hours, fun and you are well paid for your efforts!
