Too much ego and very little to show for it. - Illegal practices like call recording without consent. - certain people are simply incompetent and will deliberately withhold information. - lack of career growth - buggy product which leads to CS justifying value at all times due to poor market fit. - always in firefighting mode which can get exhausting. - front line is burnt out!!
