Lowest salary in the CS industry. Laughable career opportunities. HR is completely incompetent,hypocritical and non transparent. PEOPLECERT Literally abuses,misinforms and treats employees like slaves. Complete absence of functional systems. You are going to have to do a lot of DIY to manage to work. Low,Middle AND Upper management promotes a toxic culture where in order to be productive, it is ok to step over other people. You ARE a number, you are completely disposable. Preferential treatment by ALL levels of management. Shameful company. Please read the rest of the reviews. Do not believe anyone that will tell you PeopleCert is a good place to work.
