Upper management and HR are a clown fiesta. A company full of nepotism. They are looking down at eployees as numbers and not as people. There is also favoritism towards acquaintances. Impulsive decision making without following any business plan. Employees who "dare" to complain about anything are getting low evaluations and are the first to get fired if something goes wrong. Employees are often stigmatized over simple mistakes while abusive and manipulating behaviors are being rewarded. Salary is very low comparing to workload, awful 24/7 shifts, emotional distress. There are no career opportunities whatsoever especially for the people who are not based in Athens as they are deprived of any promotion opportunity or transfers to other departments. Lateley very good and skilled employees were fired because "they are not needed anymore" because of the "business needs" while people who are still working there are being asked to work overtimes and extra days.
