Very unprofessional atmosphere. No transparency at all. They lay people off on a drop of a dime. One day you go to work and the managers will not inform you right away that you are being laid off just to do all the work expected then about an hour later an emergency meeting is called for layoffs. We are told not to tell the client that we will not be working with them anymore. The managers assign another recruiter making us look unprofessional. They give minimal raises yearly if it is approved. The managers act like they want it to be like a family but instead they retaliate if things do not go their way. Managers ask for opinions but these opinions will be used against you if it is not agreed upon. You are told to join ERG groups and dedicate time to the groups but your work must be completed on time. Management encourages people to do all sorts of extra work but no overtime is approved. Very Eldon and only for core employees. You can be recognized on a weekly bases but it doesn’t mean anything to anyone because the more you do to fill positions the more likely to be transferred to another site or be laid off. If you do not do the work it is also held against you. No matter what you do it is never enough. They have their favorites and if you do not kiss butt you will make it no where. Even when you do, you will have a hard time. Basically, this place has changes on almost a daily basis. It is hard to keep up with so many changes that even the managers have to be corrected. The clients should think before going with this company. The lawsuits are hitting them left and right. Do not be fooled by the awards and recognition. The surveys are not anonymous and if we put in what we really feel most definitely we will be called out and laid off or terminated. Not a trustworthy company at all!!! One managers micromanage so much it is hard to focus on the job itself. For mental sanity stay away. No room for advancement either.
