Nasty culture and consultants - Recensione dipendente - Consultant presso PeopleSearch

I was interviewed as a candidate and consultant. As a candidate, I got my time wasted by one of their consultants during the interview for chemical & pharma. She seemed more interested by my knowledge about Germany and talking about her boyfriend, it was all show and then she became nasty and disrespectful as soon as I politely started talking about myself and why I wanted the position. I even got rudely told to stop wasting her time when I asked for follow ups. Many lies and false hopes were given by that consultant. She was just as disrespectful when I worked there. All she cares about is herself and the commissions. Be cautious when doing business with her! I believe it is the same for a majority of their consultants, but I didn't get to know all of them, so I'm sure there are great people working there. The company was full of lies. When I worked there, many consultants were encouraged to stop engaging with less performing ones to make them feel pressured to leave.
