Fair Comp Plans. There were some great folks in the ATL office, although everyone of the people I worked with has been let go or left with the exception of 1 person.

TERRIBLE CULTURE. In the 2 years I was there, we might have had 1 get together as a group. Nobody seemed to like upper management. Terrible software when I was there. I hear they have made a few changes but at the end of the day, its a very old system with a newer UI. High turnover. Very little loyalty to employees. 2 employees that I can remember were fired while recovering from serious surgical procedures. You were always wondering if you were next.
