A management obsessed with policing employees instead of building trust - Recensione dipendente - Subject Matter Expert (SME) presso Peoplefy

Good experience so far as a new joinee here. I get lot of support from my leads and also from their managers. The floor has good vibes and is fun filled as well, They take good care, I am also asked if I am able to work comfortably or if i am facing any issues and help me whenever i need which helped me settle down very comfortably. My Lead's boss also meets me on floor and asks me if everything is going well and if i am happy and he is also very approachable. Though i work all days from office but if i have any health issue or any personal issue they give flexibility to work from home. Very understanding people. Also, colleagues are very helpful. Get to work for good client brands and good roles with lot of variety which helps me learn lot of new things. Lot of employees are here for more than 3-4 years and they have grown in the company. Lot of them have completed 8-9 years also in the organization. Office is very nice and well maintained, HR is also a call away for any queries that i have.

They have lot of employees here and sometimes parking becomes a bit of issue at the basement. The canteen upstairs gets full during lunch. At times we have to wait to get a table or go slightly late. Recently joined, nothing else that i can think at this point.

Process is very different here no work life balance and they have hire and fire system and they don't give incentives as well they force employee to work late there is no one to support u there is no Profesionalism and offer letter is provided after u join and this company make u fell like u know nothing u r a looser simply they will put u in pip and terminate without any notice. Do not join this company for just money it will destroy your mental peace totally and this company ceo is worst he jst come once in a while and demotivates employee as we don't have place for average employee plz vacat if u can't perform jst demotivates everyone and he can't take any improvement feedbacks as well.very worst company to work

Suggesting not to work here as the don't mention everything in offer letter..afterwards they will tell its not mentioned no applicable so plz read and point the things in offer letter whenever you sign
