Vantaggi

Leadership gives no time to strategically get staff hired and gain busines. Half their offices are 1-person offices and Branch Managers work from home and Recruiters never see them. Horrible upper level management.

Svantaggi

If you dare have input or ideas outside of theirs they will term you. Weekly meetings with the CEO of company who makes you feel uncomfortable. Very odd company.

Vantaggi

Great group of people to work with, Received airpods, Two huge gaming monitors, monthly pay for work from home expenses. The work was work of course, but the community of the job was peaceful. I hated to leave, but I was tempting for someone on deployment.

Svantaggi

Short Contract, and I had to go in the office occasionally even though I was remote, I spoke to my manager and they changed though.

Vantaggi

Good work-life balance. Some flexibility in terms of working hours. Certain team members are supportive and collaborative.

Svantaggi

Upper management lures you in with promises of growth and promotions, but those promises are rarely kept. They dangle potential advancements without any real intention to follow through. There is a lack of diversity, both in terms of race and thought. This is evident across departments, and it feels like the company doesn’t prioritize inclusion. Communication is poor at all levels. Information is often siloed, and updates on company-wide decisions are either vague or not shared in a timely manner. The goalposts are constantly being moved, making it hard to succeed or even get a sense of direction. Expectations shift regularly without clear rationale. Narcissistic management undermines the work of others and often takes credit for achievements that weren’t their own. The C-suite is dated, disconnected from current industry trends, and out of touch with the needs of the workforce. There’s a lack of forward-thinking leadership that makes the company feel stagnant.
