Instead, they force other team members to continue to overload themselves. When this is expressed, the sentiment is that "we are all busy, and need to pull together to get things done." • Employees not often given key role deliverables. It is hard to measure success when you don't know what you should be working on. • Annual employee reviews often skipped due to change-over in management. • Senior leadership often makes staff feel uncomfortable with inappropriate jokes and ribbing. Excused as a "boys club."
