Sandwiches are nice, water is light and refreshing

Nearly everything else The snobby, ‘nosey’, majority of their management are just so unlikeable. They are a monopolised, contradictory, sniff mess of a company, with hierarchy made up of middle classery chalet people, and the majority of the higher ups who spend their time in cabins and offices on site, doing stuff that would definitely get their event licenses stripped. But hey, what do I know? I’ve only been there 5 years, seen all of this in person, and everyone knows what they do. They delete reviews that aren’t 5 stars, even if you’re genuine and worked there 5 years and all my comments are verified by their employees at ground level. Worked w em for nearly 5 years. It’s a nepotism business. If you’re not cliquey, or schmoozey with the higher ups, you’ll be excluded. Simple as that. Everyone has that opinion. Most daren’t say it cause they’re desperate for the work cus they have nothing else and that’s what the company takes advantage of. If you’re vocal about issues of the company, punished. Monopolies on the industry like this need to end.
