If you are not part of the "in crowd", you will never advance. They will use your skills, and beat you down at the same time. I know most employers dont normally owe you anything, as you are there to provide a service to them and their customers, however... for a business that is supposed to build customer loyalty for their client, they can sure use a lesson on rewarding employee loyalty.

It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
