If you can get in the right position or the right people liking you its not the worst job in the world

Micromanaging, managers and trainers that had never done the job quickly made the expectations unrealistic, constant misdirections and opposing instructions made prioritizing confusing at times, company promotes or moves around problem employees and screws over the good employees time and time again, very unappreciative

It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
