Not much room for advancement They hardly ever give raises and the merit increases are a joke Every since the original HR team all left at once, the HR department has been an evolving door

Good afternoon. Thank you for connecting with us. First and foremost, thank you for giving Percepta and our clients 10+ years of your service. Seriously- it is very appreciated and means a lot to us! Percepta does have a very formal performance appraisal process, as well as an objective merit guideline process, that aligns with our pay-for-performance culture. I would like to respectfully address your comment regarding the turnover of the HR team. You are correct in that there has been some turnover within the HR team over the past few years (although the majority of the HR team has been stable and consistent). As the organization continues to grow and develop, naturally, there will be occasional turnover within the team as we work to ensure we have the right professionals in place. We are currently in a confident place with our HR team, and are excited to continue to serve the organization. Thank you again for your 10+ years of service- that truly means a lot! Take care.

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
