The job didn’t seem all that bad. Being nice to people over the phone, you have to multitask like a boss. The staff and employees are somewhat approachable, but you have to initiate a Hello. If you need to get anything done...talk to Fletcher at the front desk, she’s the heartbeat of the place.

Well, one day a trainer/supervisor was explaining the details of the Benz, and the comment was made ‘so when your cop husband is beating you...’. It was said twice. My husband retired after 28 yrs in Law Enforcement. In today’s environment, you can’t say things like that. Against Law Enforcement is inappropriate, what if there were a lady in there who’s husband was in an abusive relationship? I sat down with management, but wasn’t sure of the outcome.

It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
