Management stuck in 1900 mind set. Micromanage per minute of your day They keep track of how many minutes you are away from your desk Long term workers do what they want and always blame the new hires Rules are bent for workers who are friends with team leader Team leader plays suduko all day and ignores your meeting notices. Always late to meetings or just doesnt show up. If you are more knowledgeable then the TL then you are treated badly and complained about Too many whispering in cubes. They talk about everyone worse then high school kids. They lie or ignore your questions. Don't try to improve the company because you will always receive the answer "that's how we always do it". Some of the workers are bullies Some of the workers run their own business and use business materials(no consequences) Too many issues to list. Save your self the stress and stay away. -dearborn location.

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
