HR and the Talent Teams are amazing. Very welcoming. Operation teams are extreamly passionate about their work, employees and well being of their team dynamic.

Very disconnected IT stucture. Very poor communication company wide. Very Micro Managing. Still stuck in time on concepts and project stuctures.

We agree that we have excellent teams here at Percepta. We work hard to hire the best fit for each group's culture to ensure that we have cohesive teams. We intend to give everyone that works at Percepta the best employee experience possible - this includes culture, work environment, and any tools needed to do the job. Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Svantaggi

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
