The salary is decent, and you can work from home.

Management is slow to assist with problems, and it is very difficult to get assistance. The systems are extremely slow, but you are expected to always work more quickly. The training that was received was not adequate to prepare you for the job itself. Most more advanced jobs are done in another country and this prevents any growth at the company. The office is a health hazard and there is a lack of equipment and power plugs do not work sometimes.

It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Svantaggi

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
