You are able to work from home or do hybrid they do give annual raises. I started off at $16 and I left there making $21. I love my team and my supervisors.

It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
