Micromanaging. Say their flexible but they are not at all. If your not part of the 'clique' then expect to be treated like you are nothing. Petty, passive aggressive control freak managers, who are rarely available, and when you do actually get to speak to them, will make you feel stupid and worthless. Attempts by upper management to get a more inclusive happier workplace but is all pretty shallow and meaningless.

I've worked at Percepta as a Business Operations Manager for 11 years. Started as an Assistant Operations Manager and was promoted after a year to Business Operations Manager and then promoted again 3 years later to manage a program that I am still on which consists of 4 different locations, one being in the Philippines.

No cons from me as Percepta has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as BOM and accomplish things that I never would have imagined previous to working there. There is a reason I have been there for 11 years and it's because of the people I work with and the managers that I have worked for.

Ability to WFH Some of the supervisors seem to care

Some supervisors seem to show preferences. When issues are addressed it's a lot of threats and intimidating behavior. The company has started taking 401K match away. The leadership is cliquishness and has a "big brother" mentality. Not easy to get days off scheduled
